We serve early-stage and established-level clients, principally within the general and business aviation marketplace. Other clients are served on a selected basis.

Blue Line Advisors is the only search firm dedicated to general and business aviation at the executive level. Our clients are served on a national basis from the firm’s Dallas office. We work exclusively on a retained basis on behalf of our corporate clients.

As a focused specialty firm, our mission is to provide a comprehensive and personalized service to our clients in all areas of executive selection and recruitment. Additionally, Blue Line provides ongoing coaching and consulting to its clients’ senior management teams and placements.

Additionally, because of the wide range of contacts that Blue Line Advisors has developed, we are able to provide perspectives, informal consulting, introductions and advice to industry participants.
