Fixed fees are occasionally advantageous to both the client and Blue Line. We would be happy to review the circumstances surrounding your assignment to determine if such a situation exists. Fixed fee requests are generally reserved for existing clients and those with established multiple and ongoing search requests.

We only charge for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the search. We do not charge for allocables, search set-up and the like. Rather, expenses are a pass-through activity without mark-up.

Occasionally, a client will wish to hire multiple candidates from our efforts. We are delighted to pass on the economies associated with this good fortune in a way that is mutually beneficial to both parties.
